    • 60-minute sessions held online (via Zoom)

    • Tailored to your unique rhythm, language, and goals

    • Tools may include: guided hypnosis, visualization, conscious reframing, breathwork, or deep metaphor

    • You’re free to show up as you are — messy, uncertain, curious, hopeful

    You don't have to be perfect.
    You just have to be willing.

  • Change doesn’t always arrive in a single moment.
    Sometimes it unfolds quietly — across weeks, across seasons —
    as old patterns loosen their grip and new ones take root.

    That’s why this work doesn’t end when the session does.
    You’ll receive thoughtful integration support, including:

    • Optional check-in messages between sessions (as needed)
